A Mainbrace twist on a classic. Build all ingredients into a tumbler and stir to preferred taste.

Stay classy with Mainbrace

50ml Mainbrace
15ml Cointreau
15ml Lime juice
5ml Vanilla syrup
Egg white

Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake hard for 15 seconds and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with 3 dashes o fangostura and dried Orange peel.

Celebrate the end of your day with a classic

50ml Mainbrace
10ml Apple cordial
5ml Yellow Chartreuse
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Garnish with dried (or regular) Apple

Add the cordial, Chartreuse and bitters to a glass. Add half the Mainbrace and a handful of ice cubes. Stir and add the remainder of Mainbrace until the desired taste. Garnish with dried Apple.

CHOCOLATE FASHIONED

Who doesn’t like chocolate and rum?

50ml Mainbrace
5ml Honey syrup (3:1 honey to water)
4 dashes Chocolate bitters
2 dashes Orange bitters
Garnish with Orange and Lime peel

Add the syrup bitters to a glass. Add half the Mainbrace and a handful of ice. Stir and add the remainder of Mainbrace to the desired taste. Garnish with Orange and Lime peel.
